Rose Cottage is a charming 18th Century Grade II listed house located less than 200 meters from the sea and within easy walking distance of Falmouth's bustling town centre. Sleeps 4 plus cot in 2 separate bedrooms and with a private enclosed courtyard garden you will feel perfectly at home the second you unpack.

Indoors

Downstairs you enter via a small hallway where there is a bespoke cupboard and boot locker that provides plenty of storage as well as giving you somewhere to change your shoes. This leads on to a sizeable, well appointed kitchen/diner where you can prepare and enjoy your meals around the sturdy oak table. With modern Samsung appliances you will not be restricted in your culinary ambitions and the open plan nature means the chef will not feel isolated from the action. In the warmer months you can open the french doors and enjoy your dinner outside in the courtyard garden or just soak in the sounds of Falmouth. 

Leading off the kitchen is a small yet cosy living room with seating for 4 adults, a perfect place to unwind and read whilst enjoying the warmth of the log burner. Or should you prefer there is a 50'' Samsung Smart TV and super fast fibre optic broadband meaning all your streaming demands will be met no matter how many people are logged on. There is also a well stocked games cupboard meaning you can have plenty of family fun on those rainy days. Also on the ground floor there is the large family bathroom where you will find a bath/shower where you can wash away the inevitable Cornish sand and also benefit from underfloor heating, a true blessing whatever the weather. Leading off the bathroom you will find a very useful utility room with a washer/drier meaning you can stay on top of your laundry if needed. It is also the ideal place to store your beach essentials, wetsuits, pushchairs etc.

On the first floor you will find 2 good sized bedrooms, each room is furnished in period correct style and there is also a travel cot which can be set up in either room. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed and also benefits from a small ensuite toilet. The second bedroom has a pair of zip lock beds that can either be used as singles or joined to make a double.

Outdoors

A luxury in Falmouth, Rose Cottage benefits from a beautiful enclosed courtyard garden that is the perfect sun trap. The best place to sip your morning coffee or ideal for Al Fresco evening meals, the garden is stocked with mature planting that provides the privacy you desire whilst you can still enjoy the sounds of the Cornish seaside. In the summer months it is also the perfect place to dry your wetsuits or washing and  securely store items like bicycles.
